Non Inflated Balloons

We cannot accept Returns for Balloons sent un-inflated for home inflation that have been Inflated as these can easily have been over inflated and burst or incorrectly inflated – both of which we have no control over.

All Air fill, airwalking, latex and other non pre inflated balloons are sent flat for home inflations. We recommend purchasing a balloon pump or helium cannister where applicablef or quick and easy inflation at home 

We are not able to allow returns for ANY ECO LATEX Balloons 

Pre Inflated Balloons

BALLOON CARE GUIDE :

Pets and small children - if you live with pets or have small children, store your balloons in a room they cannot access 

Avoid direct sunlight and hot/cold rooms. Heat and sunlight are a big problem to balloons. By storing your balloons in a mild place it can do wonders for making then last much longer than normal 

If you insert a drinking straw into the opening of the foil balloon where you can see the tab and blow gently this will add a new lease of life to the balloons 

If you wish to deflate the balloon to re use at a later date - insert the straw as above - carefully roll and push gently on the straw until you hear a hissing sound. Slowly squeeze the foil balloon until you feel air been released through the straw. If this does not happen then the straw is not inserted correctly. slowly fold the balloon until all air is released and fold away safe for use on another occasion !

Please remember your balloons have a long journey and maybe feeling a little tired ! We have included within your delivery a special balloon pack for you to bring the balloons back to life and to use to keep they looking their very best for as long as possible 

But the most important thing to remember is to ENJOY YOUR BALLOONS ! 

On Delivery :

Due to the nature of our products, sometimes they may arrive not looking as intended. All of our balloons are created by hand by a team of professional balloon designers who check any items leave are absolutely perfect. Should your balloons end up damaged in transit, please email us a picture of your product within 24 hours of delivery and we will investigate.

The products are perishable, so we are unable to issue credits or refunds if an image of the faulty item isn't provided within 24 hours of delivery 

Edie and Eve will not accept return items that have been damaged through misuse, neglect, accident or intent howsoever caused.

Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. The exception is goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Including Sweets and Inflated Balloons and Personalised Items. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. If your order has already been dispatched please follow the instructions for a refund.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Cut Off Time 2pm for orders for next day and weekend delivery - calendar dates do not allow for this cut off and so orders need to be placed prior to 1pm for this service 

You can select your desired delivery date at the checkout, however, due to the current circumstances, courier companies are overwhelmed and cannot 100% guarantee nominated day delivery, therefore we recommend selecting delivery of the balloons for the day prior to account for any delays. 

DPD / Courier will not leave your delivery in a safe place once delivered unless it is specified by you beforehand. If your order arrives at your desired location and either you or a neighbour is unable to sign for it the delivery will then be taken by default to the nearest collection parcel shop, from which you will have 7 days to collect your order. If email and mobile numbers supplied correctly you will receive notifications from DPD to this effect. After which it will be sent back to us. If you have missed your delivery please consult with DPD to get your order re-dispatched to you using the information given and tracking numbers - please request from us if you do not have these available 

We are unable to accept returns of inflated and personalised orders. Due to their nature, they are perishable and individually created for each customer, therefore, cannot be reused or resold. If your items are faulty this does not affect your statutory rights. You do need to provide us with images and full details within 24 hours of delivery for us to start a full investigation - if found to be the fault of the customer (eg left in unsafe place / opened with knife or sharp object) no refunds will be given and future orders may be effected 

Inflated Balloons cannot be gift wrapped 

Balloon Warning Guide 

  • Adult supervision required
  • Not suitable for children under 36 months
  • Choking Hazard - Children less than 8 years can choke or suffocate on non-inflated or broken balloons
  • Keep non-inflated balloons away from children
  • Balloons may contain other small parts that pose a choking hazard (i.e. led light)
  • Discard broken balloons immediately 
  • Do not inhale helium. Helium reduces and can eliminate oxygen available for breathing. Inhaling helium can result in serious personal injury or even death
  • Do not release outdoors or near power lines. May cause power outages or damage
  • Do not use metallic ribbon
  • Always use with a counterweight
  • A ribbon attached to a balloon could pose a choking or entanglement injury
